Wednesday Evening Ride
The Wednesday evening ride, a 25 mile, well-marked route, leaves Bi-Lo in Clinton at 6:00 p.m., weather and daylight permitting. This is a ride at your own pace. Some folks go fast while others just enjoy the scenery. We do hang out at Bi-Lo until everyone gets back, so we won't leave you out there alone if you have a problem.
Sunday Ride
The Sunday ride leaves from the Clinton Bi-Lo, 927 South Broad Street, each week at 2:00 p.m. The route varies from week to week. There are usually options for various distances. On these rides, no one is left behind and we regroup often.
Saturday Ride
Saturday ride times and departure points are posted on our Yahoo Groups page.
New Year's Day Ride
Vend-A-Moo Ride
In the Spring of 2006, a small band of renegade LCCC members ventured to Newberry for a glimpse of that marvelous machine, the Vend-A-Moo. The "Vend-A-Moo Ride, " a 40 mile out-and-back quickly become a staple for the Club. The highlight of the trip was the stop at the Moo, a milk dispensing machine that actually "moo"ed. But, alas, the Vend-A-Moo closed. After much weeping and gnashing of teeth, we found other routes to delight us.
